Almira, Irene, Mylene and Celina, more popularly known as The 4th Power impressed the judges of “The X FactorUK” with their rendition of Christina Aguilera’s “Show Me How You Burlesque” for the competition’s Six ChairChallenge.
Judge Rita Ora said the girl groups’ performance was “absolute perfection”. Cheryl Fernandez-Versini said the Filipinas performance cannot be called amazing but phenomenal.
Simon Cowell who gave the four girls another standing ovation said:
“How would you girls like to join the Overs category? I think you are actually amazing. I think you need some help in terms of music you should be singing but I am thrilled you have chosen this show. [...]
One act made a lasting impression on the ‘X Factor’ judges as the new series launched on ITV last night (29 August).
Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora were left stunned as girlband 4th Power tore the roof off Wembley with their audition.
The group, made up of four sisters, travelled all the way from the Philippines to try out for the ITV show, and they certainly made sure it wasn’t a wasted trip with their rendition of Jessie J, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj’s hit ‘Bang Bang’.
