“Ain’t Your Mama” is Lopez’s first single from her upcoming 9th studio album. In the video, released Friday, the entertainer wears a series of vintage clothes from different decades. The 46-year-old singer plays six different oppressed women in the video – from an under-appreciated 1950’s housewife to a 1980’s power suit-wearing secretary – all taking a stand against the men in their lives. The Libertines have pushed back the release of their long-awaited third album, Anthems For Doomed Youth.
The record was due to drop on 4 September, but now the Albion boys will be unleashing it one week later due to the popular demand for their Somewhere Over The Railings run of special events.
The events currently entail a ‘week of shenanigans’ from 31 August at London’s Dublin Castle in Camden, with many ‘surprises’ for fans among a photo exhibition, documentary screening, album playback and pub quiz.
